Welcome to Rosé Nail Lounge Policies

At our Nail Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Welcome to Rosé Nail Lounge experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.​

We reserve the right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds

  • Rude or disrespectful people

 

​We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.

 

Since we provide a service, there are no refunds at this salon. If you are not satisfied with your service or experience in the salon, we will gladly make the corrections necessary within 7 business days of your original services.New Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 business days after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 7 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 7 days are subject to a charge.

 

No-show:Our salon is committed to providing exceptional services. Unfortunately, when one customer fails to show up without giving notice that prevent another client from booking an appointment. If you have 3 no showed noted on your profile. Your account may be block and couldn't make future appointment with a prefer staff, we would be happy to take you as a walkin. Also No-show will be charge 100% of service booked.

 

​Late cancellations:We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 2 hours prior to the appointment. If not you will be charge 50% of service booked and can't book future appointment until your profile is current.​

 

***During Holiday please cancel 12 hr prior to appointment time if not you will be charge 100% of service booked.

 

Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift cards are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift cards must be purchased and used at this location only. We do not accept gift cards from other salons.​

 

If you are not satisfied with your nails, we will happily fix them. If you leave the salon without paying, we will contact the police and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
